Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Vanel. If it isn’t right for you, this is how refunds work.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your first payment for Pro (monthly or yearly) or with a Lifetime license, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund you in full. No long explanations needed.
2. Renewals
Pro renews automatically. Renewal payments are not normally refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and have not used Vanel since the renewal, write to us within 7 days and we will look at it kindly.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. What happens after a refund
When a purchase is refunded, its license key stops working and your account moves back to Free. Your projects stay on your computer.
5. Your AI provider’s charges
Vanel does not sell AI usage, so we cannot refund charges from your AI provider, such as Anthropic or OpenAI. Please contact your provider about those.
6. How to ask
Email support@getvanel.com from the address you bought with, or use the link in your Polar receipt. Refunds are paid by Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
